Exceeding my customer's needs, and hearing feedback from them after the job completion. Building a trusted relationship with my customers is incredibly important to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a degree qualified electrical engineer, I was always inspired by electricity. I decided to start my own business because I wanted to have full control over the customer satisfaction and quality control, which is often challenging in a larger business.
