What do you love most about your job?
Each of the BloomHQ team will have different answers to this but I know each of us love the people. Our team is a pleasure to work with and our clients are seriously cool. They've signed up to make meaningful change and have so much courage to really do that and it's super inspiring.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The people space can be a tricky space to operate in and we felt that it really needed a big overhaul, especially from a consultant perspective. We started BloomHQ because we wanted to walk alongside our clients to deliver change and really care about the end outcome, enough that we are prepared to have brave and challenging convos so that the change is meaningful and long-lasting.
Why should our clients choose you?
We really care. I'm sure a lot of places say that but what we mean by that is that we don't just do a surface-level job of helping our clients. We show up for the hard stuff, really get stuck into what's important and then stick by you even if it's tough stuff. We make sure that you've got a good handle on how your HR projects work so that once we leave, you're not stuck back at zero again.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can definitely provide services online and remote and often our clients prefer that because it can be easier to fit into their schedules. We also love face to face stuff when our clients are based in Wellington like we are.
