What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to work with individuals and teams to help them unlock their full potential. Seeing the transformation that can occur when a leader or team gains clarity, builds strong relationships, and aligns around a common purpose is incredibly rewarding. I feel privileged to be a part of their journey towards high performance. Additionally, every client is unique, so each coaching engagement presents new challenges and opportunities for me to learn and grow as a coach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was the desire to make a greater impact on individuals and organisations. I wanted to have the flexibility to work with a diverse range of clients and to provide personalised coaching that meets their unique needs. Additionally, I saw an opportunity to create a coaching practice that is founded on strong values, such as authenticity, confidence, positivity, and curiosity. These values drive everything we do and help us to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Finally, starting my own business has given me the freedom to pursue my passion for coaching and to continuously learn and grow.
