Absolutely recommend Audrey I have been on her plans workout & food for awhile now with the best results easy to work with goes the extra mile to help out and change food plans if needed I’m gluten & dairy free the meals are delicious fast and easy to make 10/10

My main goal is to educate my clients and look at long term lifestyle changes not quick fixes. How many of us look for the quick fix, we buy pills and potions or even worse have a piece of gimmicky gym equipment hidden somewhere in our spare room, how many of us have fallen for that “it only takes 3 minutes a day” Yeah right. What does it take for us to realise that these fad diets or gimmicks just do not work. Some may work for a while but as soon as we go back to normal the kg’s go back on again and it can get worse not only do we return back to the original weight we may be even end up heavier or fatter. This is what I don’t do!
