What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to be a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate person for people to come to and seek help. I feel so privileged to be a part of their healing and journey to flourishment.

Absolutely, I am available online on zoom, teams, skype and other platforms to meet you remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
One way that I help keep you safe is by offering remote services to you, so that you can access the help you need, while hopefully being safe at home.
Initial Connect Session
Our initial connect consult with each other will allow me to get to know you and what you are seeking counselling for. I believe that therapy isn’t a one type fits all situation, and therefore it is important that you get the right counsellor for you, and that is why I find this initial connection is crucial.
Counselling Session - 50 min
These sessions allow you a space to bring whatever you would like to work through / towards, and to be listened to non-judgementally, and held with compassion and empathy.
I work alongside you to find the tools and techniques that are best suited to you and your circumstances so that you can get the flourishment you desire.
