What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We run 2 point on each property so if someone is poorly the other agent steps up
We have very strict viewing processes particularly when a property is tenanted
We have scan in signs and only show one household at a time and insist on hand sanitiser and masks when at levels 2 , 3 and 4
