We purchased an off the plans property from Wolfbrook and had great experience - easy + smooth purchase process, frequent updates and a turnkey property that we are happy with for our first home. Unfortunately, after I’ve repeatedly followed up with them, their failure to address a defect that was confirmed by a Wolfbrook representative within the first 12 months of the property been handed over to us, has significantly reduced our rating of them.I’m disappointed by what could have been a near perfect experience has been let down by the lack of after sales service and a failure to stand behind their product and workmanship. Been renting through them for 3 years. Ongoing issues from the beginning as they seem to ignore their legal responsibilities as acting landlords. Didn't lodge my bond on time, didnt get property up to standard as promised. Do illegal (not qualified) and inadequate 'repairs' when they bother to do it at all. Yet still do 3 monthly inspections but refuse to take a list of jobs at this inspection, I must use an app (what's the point in such frequent inspections if they don't even look at the maintenance issues??). Healthy homes assessment full of lies. Currently waiting two weeks for a window repair on child's street facing window on a busy street to even be BOOKED. Waiting 3 years for my power to be charged legally (you can't justwrite a pdf with dates and a random sum on it and call that a legal power bill, particularly because my neighbour is on the same supply). They're renting out an unconsented renovated garage as a separate lease on this property. Leading to issues with services being difficult to obtain separately like power and internet yet still trying to illegally (as advised by tenancy tribunal) charge me. I find it difficult to believe the glowing reviews of this company are all genuine.I was asked by an elderly woman to sit in on a meeting with a Wolfbrook rep who was trying to negotiate the purchase of her property to make way for their development. After previous meetings had become toxic, she felt scared to be alone with them. She liked her old family home and wanted to stay. Hers was the only house they had left to acquire in the block they needed, and they weren’t taking no for an answer. He was quite brazen, saying that if she didn’t sell to them, they’d build 3 stories all around her and she’d lose her sun, privacy, and her house value would plummet.Appalling behaviour to bully and intimidate an elderly woman into giving up her home.
