It is a real shame to hear Uno is inflexible on their terms as Uno came so close to meeting our needs, it's back to the drawing board on finding a PM company that is willing work with clients to meet the individual needs of their landlords instead of a very legalistic cookie cutter approach. BTW Q: Landlords is their $99+GST cost to do a one second push of the button on the smoke alarm with a stick to check it still works while doing an inspection quite normal? IDK it seems quite excessive to me? BTW That's an hourly rate of $359,400/ hr to push that button! Need to be more flexible on T&Cs instead of their current "My Way or the Highway" standard operating procedures ATM. 1 star as you can not even post a review with choosing no stars. More...
