I started training in 2015 as physiotherapy for a serious form of arthritis. I soon found a love for triathlon and in 2021 I completed Ironman New Zealand in Taupo. I have also completed numerous other long distance triathlons and trail races.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work with them to create a personalized plan which is easy to follow. I help them to develop good habits and teach them how to overcome their fears to realize their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no right or wrong answer as everyone is different. Setting realistic goals and being consistent are two of the biggest keys.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the excitement when someone achieves something they never thought was possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am no longer able to compete due to health issues. Over the years I have found that many women lack the courage and the knowledge to realize their full potential. I wanted to use my knowledge to help others fulfill their own dreams.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an everyday mum who works full time and understands the challenges that can bring. Always putting your family first to the detriment of your own health and dreams. But it does not need to be this way. I have helped create an amazing group of ladies who along with myself can help you do anything you set your mind to. So long as you are willing to put the work in.

I work with a training platform called Training Peaks. Through me you will have full access to this along with online help and guidance. I am athletes both remotely and in group training sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Anyone who is sick is required to stay home until they have recovered and are no longer contagious.
