The Rent Shop Manukau- -Leona Dinsdale- I had an awesome experience dealing with my property manager Leona, she had great communication skills, awesome interpersonal skills and an overall warm, genuine, friendly nature. I’ve been a tenant with The Rent Shop for nearly four years, and during that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with four different property managers, Yao Hou, Krista Mok, Noor Siddiqui, and most recently, Leona Dinsdale. Despite the turnover, my experience has remained consistently positive throughout. Each property manager has demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication. Any concerns or maintenance requests were handled promptly, and I always felt well-supported as a tenant. The responsiveness and dedication of the team truly set The Rent Shop apart. Unfortunately, our landlord has recently chosen to move to a different real estate agency, which is disappointing given the outstanding service we've received.
