If I could do a minus I would...Have been with this agency for some years and when they change property the manager, it has been the worst thing ever. ..Shiva has been the most frustrating property manager ever that I have had the misfortune to deal with....its property inspection time again and they have lost the key to the property - for the door that they arrange the lock replacement for....this is the second inspection that they could not have access because they have lost the key...and we get inconvenienced - RUDE More...
