Very Disappointing Experience"
I recently rented a property managed by Shiva, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.
The property itself was in poor condition, with multiple maintenance issues that were never addressed despite repeated requests. The communication from the property manager was unprofessional and slow, and I was often left waiting for weeks with no resolution.
The overall management was subpar, and I felt like my concerns were ignored. For anyone considering renting here, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are much better properties and management teams available.
