I have just completed 8 life coaching sessions with Nick RTFT Consulting.
I approached RTFT, and met Nick Redstone. I was having significant issues in my life causing me to isolate myself due to loss and grief, and also depression.
Nicks approach with me was so impressive. He initially called me and introduced himself over the phone. He informed me about his training and experience and knowledge and encouraged me to look at the RTFT website. I liked the way that conversation went. Nick was animated and interested to know how he could assist me. That was when I agreed to take the opportunity to talk with Nick.
In the first sand asked me to tell him about my childhood and showed interest and understanding of my life journey. He discussed and guided me identifying what issues I had, using his wealth of knowledge, training and experiences.
During the sessions Nick listened to me and helped me to engage with myself. I am a private person and don’t find it easy to talk about my personal issues. I find family and some friends mostly don’t understand. I found that I managed to chat away to Nick in a way that I had never managed with anyone. I felt safe and supported. He prompts and assists you, which helped me understand why and what I was doing that had caused some of my negative issues. Between sessions my thinking was stimulated and I found myself paying more attention to me and my thoughts, and how to move forward with my issues, with the aim of bringing people into my life again.
