Nick really quickly understood what we needed, wanted, and what was required to make it happen. I learnt so much, just in the first visit. He is so polite, and his genuine enthusiasm about our home and our story left me feeling very confident about our project moving forward. More...

Nick provided a clear, professional, and thoroughly considered assessment of our apartment and the potential value a renovation might add. He was honest and forthright - even advising that no work was necessary, despite it not being in his interest to do so. It’s refreshing to deal with a company so genuinely focused on the client’s best outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and the companies he represents. More...

We approached Nick and his team to undertake our own home renovation.
We were pleased with the service, support and professional advice we were provided by the team at Leko Architects and the build team at Refresh Renovations.
We went into our own home renovation process with high sense of apprehension, however Nick and rest of Nick’s team were proactive around every aspect of the design process, making the process an enjoyable exercise for us (without any apprehension).
Our renovation project was very complex, however Nick and his team were able to deliver on our vision and turn the concept design into a reality. Since the renovation was completed a few years ago we have had no issues around the outcome we achieved.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Leko Architects and Refresh Renovations for any residential renovation project.
Regards,
Suman

We have used Nick to do two complete substantial renovations and one potential renovation which was about to proceed when we suddenly needed to move areas.
Our experience with Nick and his team has always been a positive one, we have been more than pleased with the results. Our first renovation came in on budget and gave us a beautiful home that we loved. Nick impressed us with his willingness to listen and implement our vision. Renovation is never easy but Nick walked us through numerous challenges and it was only natural to use him to then expand on our house by adding another floor. This renovation was even more in budget. Nick managed our expectations and provided solutions that worked. Nick has a particular gift of understanding spaces and their importance in the overall project, his has wonderful architectural skills with a draftspersons budget. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to others and will be using him most definitely for our next project.
