What do you love most about your job?
I often say my role should be called People Manager because without being able to successfully manage people I would not be able to manage a rental property. Managing relationships with owners and tenants are the key to my successful and growing business. Although I work for the owner, I cannot provide a good service without keeping tenants requirements and priorities in mind.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I Love all things property. My business grew from owning and managing our own rental properties. The Job grew as our family grew and I had more time to spend in it.

Yes I work online all the time and always available even when on holiday. I have contractors on the ground who can take over if I am unavailable.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are all more aware of safe contact distances and using disinfectant cleaning methods and products.

We also have experience in, and currently manage tenancies that fall outside the RTA. We manage Boarding type properties (room x room with more than 6 residents). short term (Air BnB) properties, flatting arrangements, and student accommodation.
