What do you love most about your job?
I really like one-on-one teaching as it allows you to really help someone learn in a way that works for them. I love to teach students how Jo in to learn and give them the confidence in themselves to do so. It is a great feeling when a student realises that they actually understand a concept, and they are suddenly filled with energy and positivity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business as I realised that I had a talent for teaching and that others could benefit from this ability.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose a tutor that they feel comfortable and confident with. My service offers flexibility around lessons, there is no need to sign up for a series of tutorials, as anything from single lessons can be arranged. For some students a short series of lessons is all that is needed to get them on track with their learning. My tutorials are normally more effective than many other more expensive tutoring services.

I prefer face to face tutoring, but I can make arrangements for online services if required. Most students find face to face tutoring works best.
Tutoring
One on one tutoring, face to face tutoring. An individualized approach that allows for tailored instruction, focused attention, and the opportunity for students to ask questions and clarify concepts without distractions. The standard rate for a one hour lesson is $40. Notes are provided following the lesson and short homework worksheets can be provided for reinforcement if required.
Mathematics tuition
Maths tutoring from year 1 through to stage 1 university. An individually developed one on one tutorial aimed to meet the students needs. The standard rate for a one hour lesson is $40.
Biology tuition
Biology tutoring from year 7 through to PhD level. An individually developed one on one tutorial aimed to meet the students needs. The standard rate for a one hour lesson is $40.

Editing of scientific publications and training in scientific essay writing.
Chemisty tutoring
Chemistry tutoring at school through to stage 1 undergraduate level. An individually developed one on one tutorial aimed to meet the students needs. The standard rate for a one hour lesson is $40.

Physics tuition at school through to University undergraduate stage 1 level. An individually developed one on one tutorial aimed to meet the students needs. The standard rate for a one hour lesson is $40.
