Starting my own business came from a desire to do things properly — to give clients a more personal, hands-on experience than what you often get with larger firms. I wanted to create a company where people feel genuinely listened to, supported, and confident throughout the entire process, not just treated like another project number.

I’ve always been passionate about design and problem-solving, but running my own practice allows me to put real care into every detail, from the first conversation through to final approval. Building something of my own also gives me the freedom to uphold strong values around quality, honesty, and relationships — which ultimately leads to better outcomes for my clients and more meaningful work for me.

Yes — we can absolutely provide our services online or remotely. We’ve built our processes to be flexible, so whether clients are local or based elsewhere, we can guide them through every stage of their project.

This includes virtual meetings via video call, digital sharing of drawings and documents, and online collaboration for feedback and approvals. We can handle concept designs, detailed plans, and even resource or building consent submissions remotely. Our goal is to make the process seamless, so clients can have the same level of support, clarity, and expertise as if we were meeting in person — no matter where they are.

At our practice, the safety of our clients and team has always been a top priority. In response to Covid-19, we implemented several measures to keep everyone safe while continuing to provide a seamless service.

These include offering virtual meetings and consultations wherever possible, maintaining strict hygiene and distancing protocols for any in-person visits, and minimizing physical document handling through digital sharing and approvals. We’ve also adjusted site visits and inspections to follow current health guidelines, ensuring everyone can feel comfortable and secure throughout the project process.
