We contacted Jack from Oak Plumbing wasn’t a emergency but we did have a leaky pipe we called him on a Saturday left a message 30mins later Jack called back from a wedding said if it’s an emergency he could recommend somebody as he wasn’t available. we said no it’s not an emergency and happy to wait till Monday he turned up early gave us a quote which was reasonable priced and about a week later because we delayed he arrived he took out a pipe in our laundry and redirected it he also capped hot water tap that was no longer needed. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to deliver plumbing services the way I think they should be – reliable, honest, and professional. After years of working in the trade, I saw how much of a difference it makes when customers can trust the team coming into their home or business. Owning my own business lets me set that standard and build a team who shares the same values
