I really believe that Sara has changed my life, I had never tried Hypnotherapy before, although I had tried many different medications and seen lots of different councilors including professional psychiatrists and psychologists. I felt that I never really made any progress with my depression and anxiety. It was rather the opposite, I was disappearing into a fog of despair. I decided I had nothing to lose with trying Hypnotherapy and I am so incredibly grateful to have found Sara and for her patience and kindness with me. She has the most relaxing and wonderful voice and I feel like she has brought me to understand and accept myself, while dealing with so many different things. I feel like she has replaced my despair with hope, I feel like she has a true gift and I cannot thank her enough. I would recommend anyone considering Hypnotherapy to go and see Sara. More...
