They also helped us to reach out to vendors where we would get the best value for money and further to that worked around the clock to ensure the timeline for project completion was met. Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
The building professional will visit the site and provide advice. The client should inform the building professional if they wish to proceed with the project. A quotation for the project will be provided to the client. The architect will create a scheme plan, and if approved, the document will be submitted to the council for processing of the application. Once the plans are approved by the council, the builder will construct the structure with the council's consent.
