•Products or Services: to ensure your Customers get great value at an acceptable profit level to your business.
•Marketing and Sales: reviewing and developing your lead generation activities and how you convert them to Customers.
•Finances: Keeping track of your results and holding team members in your business accountable for progress toward the goals we have set.
•People: keeping your best asset well maintained and motivated.
•Expenses. A complete expense review.
•Systems & Processes: to make the tasks our Team performs as effectively as possible.

•Monthly Implementation Meetings to ensure the strategies, systems, procedures and tasks identified in the Strategic Business Plan are being implemented and completed effectively.
•Monthly Management Meetings to review the financial performance, KPIs, and overall governance of the business is tracking as intended in the Business Vision.
•Monthly 1-1 meeting with Owner/s to discuss the owner's aspects of running the business, held at the end of the month, after the Management meetings.
•All assistance necessary to advise, solve problems or provide any other specific expert work in other areas of your business to meet the goals you have set for you and your business.
