What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration came from wanting to make a real difference, not just for big corporations, but for everyday business owners who needed support without the hefty price tag.
I saw too many providers charging exorbitant fees for HR and recruitment services, leaving small and growing businesses behind. That didn’t sit right with me. I knew there had to be a better, fairer way.
