What do you love most about your job?
This one is easy... Seeing people proud of themselves after being courageous to make lifestyle changes and seeing the profound success from their self-driven actions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was really struggling for a very long time, and with hindsight I now know I was completely burned out. I made an effort to change my diet and the positive effects were enormous (and in such a short time too).
I figured 'If this works for me it must work for others too'. I have plenty to share about my own ups and downs in life, but know with the right tools we all own the power to make positive change in our life.
Why should our clients choose you?
I like to think I am empathetic to personal situations. I am curious (in a non-judgemental way) to hear someone's story and like to help people identify with their values and then determine the actions that will help them to stay aligned with them (values-driven action).
