Motivational Speaking

We used Kent as a key speaker at our annual Team Day (38 people), with a focus on health and wellbeing. Kent was great! He was engaging, informative and inspirational.

We were looking for a speaker for our annual conference to talk to our network on heath, wellbeing and essentially focusing on understanding the factors of looking after themselves but in a straight up and engaging way.

Kents presentation was on point and his personal reflection was exactly what we were after, entertaining, engaging, factual and connected well to the diverse audience.

This one is easy... Seeing people proud of themselves after being courageous to make lifestyle changes and seeing the profound success from their self-driven actions.

I was really struggling for a very long time, and with hindsight I now know I was completely burned out. I made an effort to change my diet and the positive effects were enormous (and in such a short time too).
I figured 'If this works for me it must work for others too'. I have plenty to share about my own ups and downs in life, but know with the right tools we all own the power to make positive change in our life.

I like to think I am empathetic to personal situations. I am curious (in a non-judgemental way) to hear someone's story and like to help people identify with their values and then determine the actions that will help them to stay aligned with them (values-driven action).

Yes I can. I offer coaching and workshops and presentations online, as well as in-person.

I am flexible and can coach over the phone or remotely via Teams/ Zoom etc.
