I quit going to the Gym in 2019 because I wasn't enjoying it or felt like I was getting anywhere. Since joining up with Mo in April all that has changed in an instant and our next sessions cant come soon enough each week. The man for sure 💯

I have had Mo as my personal trainer for about 4 months now and I cannot recommend him enough. I had terrible permanent vertigo every time I looked down or moved too quickly as a result of an MRI scan. The doctor I went to see was no help, prescribing me drugs that didn’t work and left me feeling worse. Mo gave me 2 exercises that I need to do once a week and I haveín’t had a full episode since.
Also if you have any health issues, he gives you multiple options to ensure you can get fitter and stronger without pain.

When I decided to sign up to a PT, I knew I needed someone who is driven, committed and enthusiastic. Mo is all of that. It's important to me that working with a PT, it is not just about gaining physical transformation but it is also being empowered and challenged with the right mindset. Mo is always focus, quick to response to all my requests, thorough and enthusiastic in answering all my questions. I've been with Moe for around 6 weeks. I couldn't have asked for better in a PT. He holds me accountable and is tough but encouraging. 4kg down so much more energy clothes are baggier I can really see and feel the difference. I was a gym member for 2 or 3 years but hardly went to the gym now I'm going 4-6 times a week. Moe assigns all my work outs on a easy to use app and gives me plenty of eating options. I first met Mo at the end of 2021 when I started my journey. He’s always pushing me to do more and helping me to understand the benefits of what I’m doing, making me more accountable for my actions (or inactions) and he does it in a way that makes me feel like I can achieve my goals if I put in the work.

I started training with Mo 2 months ago. Straight away I noticed positive changes. I was having trouble with my sleep and now I notice I’m sleeping heaps better. Mo keeps you challenged with an exercise program. I can feel I’m getting fitter and lifting heavier weights. I went from going to the gym 3 times a week to 5 times a week. He also sets you a food plan. Other diets I was always hungry now I’m always satisfied.
I would recommend Mo for the overall exercise plan with all bases covered. Every session has something different. He is patient and teaches you how to use all the gym equipment.

Over the past 2 and a half months, Mo has encouraged me to be more motivated, energized and most importantly healthier. During the short period of time, I have noticed that I have become stronger and in better shape.

Mo provides me with a customised workout programme and nutritional advice (even when we were in lockdown!) that challenges me but gets me closer to my goal each day. Mo is a hard working, dedicated and inspirational trainer - not to mention, a genuinely super nice guy. I'm glad that I'm training with him and looking forward to seeing more positive changes.

Mo is very professional, he has been very supportive on my journey and takes no excuses 🙌🏾He believes in me 100%, he gives us the tools and it’s up to me what i do with them. Mo knows I hate the gym and working out, I only do it because I need to improve my mobility and fitness for long term health. I’ve worked with Mo for almost 18 months and I’ve persevered because 1) I can see the results - almost 20kgs lost and I have much improved my strength and mobility, 2) he keeps it interesting, regularly updating my programme for when I work out on my own as well as introducing really different but relevant exercises when we do meet, 3) he listens to your needs eg I have bad knees so he works with that, I’ve had much less pain and issues since working with Mo. Since starting the gym near the end of November last year I have noticed a big difference in my muscle mass eg my shoulders have got bigger etc. For the last couple of weeks I have been going to the gym 5 days a week which is a lot better than when I started which was only about three days a week. I decided to join the gym and Mo gave me my orientation. From there, signed up to have him as my personal trainer. Having someone there to hold me accountable and keep me “Mo-tivated” was great and exactly what I needed. Mo is a great trainer, super supportive, easy to talk to and always happy to answer any questions. To be very honest. I applied online for a PT thinking it would take weeks to get a reply from one of them. So I thought okay, start training next month. About 5-10 minutes after I applied, I get a call from Mo. I was shocked and scared at the same time coz I wasn’t ready to train yet. Fast forward..........Today ends my first month with Mo and to be honest, my biggest regret is not investing in myself earlier. From day one he really cares about getting me to where I want to be. I Joined the gym and Took Mo on as my personal trainer I joined feeling totally unfit and Unhappy with my appearance. Over weight and unhealthy . Suffering multiple joint replacements and issues I thought there was little to be achieved . However Mo was empathetic and supportive He listened and assessed my needs and wants and delivered a realistic goal to achieve It has been 4weeks and already I am feeling better within my self and have lost close to 8 kilos and My body continues to change in shape and size I am completely overwhelmed with dignity and respect Mo shows me and his continued encouragement and support are the only reason I have managed to continue this journey Thank you Mo !!!
