Its a great team and they know their stuff. Highly recommend then for any childcare centre. They have been working at our centres for the last 3 years and we have had no issues with them during this period. Highly recommend them.

Overall, I would say Greenearth would do a good enough job if you know what you want and project manage carefully along the way, watching out for what you expect versus what you are getting. Don't just expect to get a tidy, careful job - watch out for it. I engaged Greenearth Landscapes to clear a small back garden, remove a path and old grass, build some planter boxes and lay some paving and new lawn. Darius was great at communicating and negotiating and his team worked quickly. Maybe too quickly because the planter boxes were not built very sturdily and needed remedial work with extra support posts and wood screws - why not use the proper screws the first time? I am still not sure they will last even 1 year, let alone the 20 years Darius promised. He also underfilled the planter boxes until I asked that they be properly topped up but then he added top soil that was full of weeds. I would say, double check what soil is going in and from where and what grade it is. The paving too, was not finished well with strange cutting decisions and irregular lines and concrete from the haunching, splattered over them and the house walls. Darius as always tried to offer solutions i.e., scrubbing the concrete off with a concrete brush and telling me it didn't matter because it was outside. However, essentially if just wasn't a very tidy job. When I mentioned discoloration on the pavers and sent photos, he tried to say I must have scrubbed them with chemicals. It turns out Firth say it takes a while for the pavers to settle. That's fine but Darius didn't say that at first; he jumped straight to trying to say I had done something to them and he had never seen anything like that before. Darius was very quick to ask for 75% up front and gave every reason for why the planter boxes and pavers were not that well done but not one of the reasons was poor workmanship. Anyway, in the end Darius mostly tried to respond to or make up for things that did not turn out as promised. The lawn seeding and care was good and looks fine and he has sent an employee back to strengthen the planter boxes. Fingers crossed they last a few years. The pavers will just have to have crooked edges and uneven cutting. As Darius says I might just be too particular! hahaha. More...

"I posted my fencing request on Saturday evening. I was surprised to receive an email from Green Earth Landscaping early Sunday morning and Darius even came out that afternoon to look at the area I was wanting to get fenced off on my property. After this visit, Darius confirmed he would be able to commence the fencing on Monday. It is now Tuesday, the job was completed early and on budget and Darius was even able to give me some solutions for potential jobs I am considering and cleared all the foliage that was now rubbish, away from my property.

Contacted Darius on a Saturday afternoon to get a quote to remove a line of iris bushes and stones. He came round on Sunday and gave us a really reasonable quote. Organised for Monday but he managed to get two of his boys in on the same Sunday and they had it all done in 30 minutes plus took all of it away. Highly recommend Darius and his team. More...
