I got a call a week after I had posted. The rudeness from his mouth of not taking down my post becuase I had gone with someone else that got in touch quicker . This was my first time using this website and didnt know he would get charged for getting in touch. My details were all there he could have called first if he knew it was going to cost. Rudeness as stated is not acceptable way to speak to any person.I feel you are extremely overacting to Enviro Painters for contacting you to arrange a quote which you had listed on bark .Bark works by a client advertising a job then it is sent to the relevant trades and we can decide if we would like to purchase your details at a cost to us from bark.Once we pay bark they then send us your contact details.From this point i emailed you and followed up with a phone call which you did not seem to happy about. As you explained to me that you have already approved another painters quote.I Kindly asked if you could please stop your advert on Bark as if it is still available online then you are still looking for quote and it does cost us to purchase your details as explained above. As per my other reviews we are a fantastic company to work with and i hope future clients will not be put off by your overreacting 1 star review. Kind Regards Andrew Farrant
