We are based in Rotorua, but we primarily work remotely for people all around New Zealand, and all around the world. We use Zoom for onboarding meetings and milestone catch-ups, and there is no barrier to us creating your app and delivering it to you remotely, and having it scale around the country (or around the world!)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have launched a lot of apps since lockdown started that allowed businesses to thrive with paperless systems, or with allowing companies to be found online. We also launched Iso Treats so people coming back to Managed Isolation have things to do and aren't as lonely. We also launched Sign My Book, to provide a digital tool for students around Asia and North America to sign each other's yearbooks when they couldn't meet in person.
App development
We build apps, both web apps that can be deployed to phones in an instant, and also native apps that are deployed to the different stores (Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store). We love working with a full suite of tools, and can build in web, PWAs, native….even no-code (if we have to). Our favourite technologies include working with React [+React Native], Laravel, Silverstripe, Node – on top of highly scalable AWS and GCP solutions. If you didn’t understand this paragraph, that’s ok – we can translate to English as well!
Creating MVPs
We love building MVPs (minimum viable products), which is basically the most stripped-down version of what you are looking to make - while still being a functional and working app.
This means that the app can be delivered quickly and then you can add modules and functionality at later stages, when you have proven your concept or business case. We can deliver MVPs between 1 week and 6 weeks, and we pride ourselves on what we turnaround in that time.
Data Visualisation
We love working with stats and dashboards, and seeing the joy when people get to see updates happening in real-time. We create analysis tools, mapping, data visualisation, graphs, and dashboards.
API Integration
APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) allow for data to be communicated between two different platforms, ensuring multiple services are always up to date with the latest information.
