UPDATE: It is exactly for your company. Don’t try to twist this around. It was under my cousin’s name. Don’t try to manipulate and lie further. If you truly wanted to make things right, why did you not do it on the spot then when we asked you politely??? Why now? So that you want to fool others to see you have integrity and professionalism? It proves even more how unprofessional, manipulative, and immoral you are. My cousin spoke with your manager Atul directly already that day. Are you him? I do not recommend this service or company at all. They lied, deceived, and would not issue a refund. It clearly shows lack of professionalism, morals, and integrity. My cousin booked them again to give them another chance to help out, but they brought a vehicle too small to fit all of our luggage. They then made ridiculous nonsense excuses annd lies after we told them we never had problems with other transport services before. We specifically told him what we had and what we needed, but he ended up accusing us of lying and made more ridiculous excuses instead. The manager was the one my cousin spoke to and the driver was not very cooperative and helpful either. We could barely sit comfortably in the vehicle with all the luggage squeezing us in. We demanded a refund for the poor bad experiences and services, but the manager refused, claiming that we already booked with them, so he cannot issue the refund. No decent good company would treat their clients and customers like that, especially with the bad customer experiences, a refund would have been appropriate. For the bad services and attitude, a refund would have been the classy and right thing to do. They are not at all classy and helpful indeed. More...
