What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my work is witnessing the moment clients start owning their authority. Their energy is magnetic and their presence undeniable.
Helping people connect to what deeply resonates with them, speak truths they've long buried, and step into roles they once thought were out of reach — that’s the magic. It’s not just about personal success; it’s about creating ripple effects that challenge outdated systems and open doors for others too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business because I was tired of watching brilliant, mission-driven people be overlooked, underpaid, and undervalued — especially in systems that claim to care but don’t walk their talk.
After leading a national campaign for paid training in female-dominated professions and delivering a TEDx talk on economic justice, I knew I couldn’t just advocate from the outside. I wanted to work directly with the changemakers, the visionaries, the non-conformists - and help them claim the influence, income, and impact they deserve.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I work exclusively online and do not currently offer in-person support. Client sessions are available Tuesday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (NZT), with some flexibility by arrangement.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I only work online.
The beauty of remote work is that the client can be based anywhere and we can continue to have sessions even if they are away from home - as long as they have an internet connection and a private space to speak.
