What do you love most about your job?
I love the opportunity to make a real difference in the success of businesses and their owners. As the director of BSP Advisory Group and an advisor in the New Zealand business community, I find immense satisfaction in guiding business owners through growth, exit strategies, and succession planning. Witnessing clients achieve significant financial milestones and improved operational efficiencies, especially under challenging economic conditions, is incredibly rewarding. My role allows me to transform great ideas into tangible successes, and there’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing a business not only reach but exceed its potential. What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration to start an advisory business stemmed from a deep-seated desire to help business owners navigate the complexities of growth and transition. I recognised a gap in the market for personalised, strategic guidance that not only focuses on financial success but also on the overall well-being and long-term sustainability of businesses. Having observed many business owners struggle with critical decisions that could make or break their future, I saw an opportunity to leverage my expertise to provide the clarity and direction they needed. This led to the creation of BSP Advisory Group, where we empower entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge to thrive, fostering resilience and success in the ever-evolving business landscape with a focus on lifestyle and ensuring businesses are a lifestyle rather than a life sentance.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep our customers safe from Covid-19, we swiftly implemented several key changes. We transitioned to virtual consultations and meetings to maintain continuity in our services while respecting social distancing guidelines. During that time we also implemented startegies to ensure our business clients would keep recover as quickly as possible this including both business and moral support.
