We had a great experience working with Better Building, who renovated our bathroom, pantry, laundry, and front door. They were very accommodating with our attempts to save costs and do parts of the work (demolition, framing etc. ) ourselves. Better Building did an extensive renovation on our home while we lived in it. Painting, lighting, flooring and a complete renovation of bathrooms and kitchen, needing a wall removed and a beam built. The Better Building team were very reliable and followed the timeline shared at the beginning of the project. All the workers were respectful and friendly. I loved that I would return home from work and everything would be neatly and safely packed away. The team at Better Building helped us achieve 2 of our spaces, our dream kitchen, pantry, dinning and lounge, secondly our dream bathroom and bedrooms. Our 1st project, the team worked on our kitchen, pantry, dinning and lounge spaces. Everything ran smoothly and on budget. We're so happy with the results, we're looking at starting a bathroom renovation. (Kitchen cabinets by Moda, Windows by Rylock). For our 2nd project Better Building team helped us to create our bathroom and renovation our bedrooms. We recently had our bathroom renovated by the Better Building team and the entire experience was as perfect as it could be despite all of the hiccups we encountered along the way. Daniel is an incredible person to work with. From start to finish (and even follow-ups) he’s been on top of communication and re/organising last minute decisions/mistakes we made. Better Building renovated the majority of our home in 2021 and then renovated a bathroom for us in 2022. It's now 2025 and the verdict is out - Better Building are the best in the business. We haven't had any major issues in 3 years and minor things that have come up have been promptly addressed without drama. To avoid writing an essay - I'll pick two areas which I think Better Building are head and shoulders above the rest of the industry: 1. Humans - everyone I dealt with at Better Building; Daniel, Peter, Stephen, Steve to name a few, was a genuine and good person. Nothing ever goes perfectly to plan but with Better Building you really feel like you are working together as a team to get the best result. 2. Ethos - Better Building turn up when they say they will, they treat your property with respect and they clean up after themselves (every day!).
