How long have you been in business?
Alaga was founded in January 2025 as a small start-up company, offering more than just cleaning but a complete all-around housekeeping service.
What's not included: gardening, administering medicine to sick family members or pet, specialised tasks like plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring our own cleaning tools and products, unless the client specifies to use their own products at home.
For cooking, we use the client’s kitchen appliances, and clients are expected to provide the ingredients. Our housekeepers can then prepare meals based on your instructions.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about what we do is making everyday life a little easier for others. From handling household chores to preparing meals or simply creating a tidy, welcoming space—there’s something deeply fulfilling about knowing our work brings comfort and ease to someone’s day. Hearing our clients say how happy they are to come home to a clean house makes it all worth it
What inspired you to start your own business?
Alaga Home Services was born out of personal experience and real need. We had been looking for a service that went beyond just cleaning—something that covered all-around housekeeping, like meal prep, laundry, tidying, and general home upkeep—but we couldn’t find one that truly fit. Since no one seemed to offer this kind of service, we decided to create it ourselves. We wanted to build something that helps busy individuals and families manage their homes with ease, just like we wished we had
