Margo from 5R Studio was absolutely incredible. She had that European sense of style we were looking for, listened when she needed to but was also clear about what we shouldn’t do.
She was creative and innovative but always classy. Her network has obviously grown over the years and it was never a bad time to call her.
Apart from that she is a wonderful lady to deal with, always honest and very pragmatic.

Margo came into our home and lives 5 years ago. She has impeccable taste and the ability to listen to what we wanted and translate that into a home we are proud of.
She initially helped us select furniture and accessories that complemented our style but as time went on we continued to seek her advise with changes that were functional for our growing and multigenerational family. We used Margo from 5R studio to assist us with a major renovation to our house in the second half of 2024.
I had rebuilt the house around year 2000, and not touched since, so although it was up market at the time, it was heavily themed with wood finishes, and was looking very tired.
We chose Margo after interviewing her and deciding we could work with her. We are both pretty strong in our views, but Margo gently led us to consider and work with many ideas, colours and components we wouldn’t have thought of.
We ended up with a fabulous scheme, really modernising and moving the whole feeling of the place up market, while retaining the operational things we need for our busy life.
We also thought she was very skilled directing tradespeople, and really fair with fees and pricing

What’s your interior design process?
It all starts with a friendly conversation. We meet you either in person or virtually to capture and understand your needs including your aesthetics, functional, lifestyle, and budgetary requirements. Once we understand your needs and lifestyle, we will provide schematic concepts to illustrate our design intent. If you are happy with the concept, we can make final decisions. This may include choosing materials, colours, furniture, artwork, lighting, soft furnishing, window treatments, and other services. Depending on the scope of works and what we agree on, we can help you with bringing your project to life. We can do as much or as little as you need.

We work with different clients and can cater to a variety of styles from Minimalist, Modern, Traditional, Contemporary to Eclectic.
