What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients to turn their dream's from an idea into a detailed
Plans weather that is a new build or renovation either big or small a major addition.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Whilst working for a larger design practice I was frustrated with seeing a project being past from one employee to another with details being lost in the transition.
This is simpler for the client and the council as everyone is in the loop

We offer a personal service that aims to deliver on the clients dream house.

We can do some small jobs remotely ( internal work like removing a load bearing wall ) but most work will require a site visit to take site measure and help develop a client breif
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I'm COVID 19 vaccinated and rack all necessary steps required to keep my clients and myself safe
Architectural Design
Complete design services from concept design to a finalized developed design ready for building consent for Residential and Light Commercial buildings
Working Drawings for Building Consent
We take the developed design and prepare complete Working Drawings and Project Specifications and submit to the council in your behalf to gain a building consent ready for your builder to begin work
Planning Advice and Resource Consents
Due diligence on council District Plan rules if required.
We can do simple Resource consents eg. Side yard breach, Height in relation to boundary ect.or we can prepare drawings for an external Planner
Relocated Homes and Buildings
We have extensive experience in relocating an existing Dwelling on to your site with over 150 relocated buildings in the last 12 years.
We will work with the client to make any changes desired once the house is in its new location.

We have an extensive network of subcontractors that may or may not be needed to complete the final working drawings.
