Twin Trees Leisure Club

Spent 2 lovely nights in this hotel over the Halloween break with my husband and 3 teenagers. We had a really relaxing break spending lots of time in the pool and leisure centre. The hotel was lovely and homely, really comfortable, the staff were Great, the food was fabulous, there is lots to do and see within a short distance from the hotel. I have stayed here before and will stay again. In parts the hotel is a bit tired but for pretty decent quality at a reasonable price it is hard to beat. Bar food is delicious.

Had a really great stay here for one night myself and my son. From check In to check out, staff were great so polite and helpful. The food was great and atmosphere great in general in the Twin Trees Hotel. The room was very clean but could do with updating/modernisation. Didn’t get a chance to check out the leisure centre but looking forward to doing so on our return. Sense of great teamwork throughout the hotel which reflects in happy customers. Well done More...

For both myself and my wife Laura our primary concern with getting married was the welfare of our honoured guests and the Twin Trees did not disappoint. From the first show round to the end of our special day the Twin Trees staff went above and beyond to ensure excellence in all aspects. In fact it's true to say that through our interaction setting up our wedding we have made true friends with the staff at the Twin Trees and we will be recommending them to everyone we meet and will definitely be back each year to celebrate our anniversary! The reception staff did an amazing job welcoming our guests and directing people across the weekend we were there. The Management team were so friendly and helpful throughout! The venue itself is amazing with excellent facilities and superb photographic grounds which we took full advantage of. The food at the Twin Trees is nothing short of incredible both in the normal restaurant, the breakfast and our wedding breakfast meal. Stayed here for 2 nights. Dined in town for the 2 days as there was a bit of confusion about the bar.( at lunch time they had to find someone to serve us drinks) so we went to cott and cobbler up the road. Other than this the rooms and the hotel is nice and clean and staff are nice. Breakfast is buffet style and top notch. I was really impressed with leisure centre, just a shame they don't have water dispenser outside sauna. Stayed here with the family found the room i was giving very small, the curtains were ripped and everything was really dated. Showers wernt great the water was coming from underneath the tray, had to use towels to dry the place cause youd kill yourself on the floor. The rooms gets to hot at night the nobs on the rads didnt work.The sheets were changed everyday and room hoovered etc. But have to say there were only minor things wrong.The staff were very helpfull, the bar was really cosy and the food was nice. They even have a kids room with toys etc which my daughter loved and it was really helpfull when the kids get bored. My kids loved the pool but its really old and dated.when your going dont bring anything valuble coz there really old wooden lockers that need locks.Theres nowere for privacy when getting changed with kids,as my partner went swimming with our two little girls and the men in the changen rooms were walking around starkers. So ladies you will have to be there to help if you have little girls. But apart from little things we really like our stay amd the kids loved this hotel it was really nice and the garden is very nice to sit in. I would defo be back :-) More...

This was a last minute break. We arrived late and were met by a very helpfull night porter. We went to our room and were very pleased with our accomadation.
