My oven element went last night just as I was about to cook my dinner. I messaged Solo Appliances and they came first thing this morning and replaced it. Doesn't repair domestic fridge and freezers anymore but hebtook the time to explain that frost free fridge freezers clog up with ice in its hidden inner workings at this time of year and that if I power off the machine for a whole day, that , might allow the ice to melt and the machine to work again. Very kindly took the time to help a potential future customer, knowing he wouldn't make a sale on thus occasion. Very much appreciated. More...

Literally couldn't have wished for a better service, washing machine completely dead on Tuesday morning, I asked online for recommendations, Toni contacted me and said he was in my area in the afternoon and could take a look. Ordered part and back out to me this afternoon all fixed and working perfectly at such a reasonable price. Bonus is I'm not too far behind on washing either.
