I originally went to Roisin Cross Silks to enquire about the possibility of having a waistcoat made for my wedding. They recommended Natalie. She was amazing! She helped select the material with me on the first day. I met her again three weeks later for a first fitting of the waistcoat. One more fitting before the wedding and it was perfect. She also altered the bridesmaids' and paige boy's outfits. She was quick, and has a fantastic eye for detail. I couldn't be happier with her work. Natalie is the real deal on a fairy godmother making a wrongly ordered and Ill fitting dress turn out like something from a fairytale! ! She turn 2 dresses in to one for my daughters confirmation !! Wow is all we can say she is soooo talented and can do anything with a dress .. from having my daughter delighted with her 1st dress we ordered on line only to find I’d ordered the wrong size .. we ordered a second which came a different color .. she burst into tears when she put in on .it was gank .. but Natalie waived her magic wand and a fairytale dress was made !!! I bought a dress for my daughters communion but when I tried it on it did not fit it was to small, the zip on the back of the dress would not zip up. I brought the dress to Nathalie and she removed the zip and replaced it with a corset back so it would fit me, it looked so much nicer with the corset back than the original zip . I can not recommend Nathalie and staff enough they were so nice and welcoming and I will definitely be back ! More...

This place is an absolute gem. Not only do they do emergency fixes (within two hours), but the work is absolutely perfect. I bust a zip on a friends skirt, got it fixed here and my friend didn't even notice. Absolutely recommend Natali and she's so welcoming. Thank you so so so much for doing an absolutely AMAZING job on my wedding dress alterations. I couldn't have been any happier with the job you did. I have relations that are semstresses and they told me they couldn't believe how great the alterations were, that my dress had many materials that would have been v difficult to work with. The dress was an unbelievably good fit. You did everything I asked and you were so kind and obliging willing to meet me outside of your hours of work. I cannot thank you enough. I needed my dress taken in at the shoulders and back, and only had a day to get the alterations done. Natalie did an amazing job - the dress now fits perfectly, and no-one would ever notice that it has even been tweaked. A lovely lady who was very obliging despite my short deadline!
