Met Jonathan at a wedding show with my fiancée and the second we walked away from the booth we looked at each other and said "this is our photographer. " That says a lot considering we were bombarded with pamphlets and brochures from so many other photography companies.

Not only as a photographer, but as a person, Jonathan is fun to be around. The good vibes we caught from him provided high expectations and after seeing our engagement photos, Westend Studio has gone above what we thought was possible.

He was accommodating to our ideas, but we found it best to truly let him be in his environment - after all, he is the creative one, not us!

I'm a big believer in letting your body of work speak for itself and whatever Westend Studio has created thus far is some truly inspirational photography. My fiancée and I are proud to say we are a small part of this photography studio's work!

Couldn't have been happier with our wedding photos. John and his team did a great job, capturing all the essential shots, but more importantly, the candid moments that we were too busy to see. The West End Studio was absolutely incredible. The time leading up to our wedding was stress free when dealing with John. He was very professional and reliable . He encouraged us to take engagement photos with him in order to become comfortable with the cameras, so the day of the wedding wouldn’t be as uncomfortable. It was the best decision we made. We got to know John, and we had the chance to connect with him before our wedding. This definetly made our wedding day much easier. Now, our wedding day... It was amazing. John’s humour and kindness made the day that much more incredible! The bridal party had a blast! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The pictures came out incredible. Keep in mind... When John foresees a nice photo, he will find a way to get that photo even if it means going into a forest or perhaps using smoke bombs! Put all your trust in him you won’t be disappointed. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding photos turned out. Our photographer, John, was super easy to work with. He's relaxed and also very professional. I had no idea what I wanted for my photos so I deferred to his expertise, and WOW am I ever glad I did that. We didn't have a particularly fancy wedding, but you would never know that just from looking at the photos. I look amazing, and I am the kind of person who plays video games in sweatpants. When I compare my photos to my friends' wedding photos (and what they paid for them), I know I got the better deal. The artistic quality of my photos really shows. Turns out John is also an artist, not just a photographer and I think this made a difference. Anyone can take a photo, but being able to capture beauty is a gift, and John has it. More...

We are so happy we chose The Westend Studio for our photography needs for our engagement photos and on our wedding day. The Westend Studio is the best in Toronto hands down. Johnathan is absolutely amazing, not just a photographer but a real artist! My bridesmaids, some of whom were recently married, commented on the attention to detail Johnathan had and the effort he put in on our wedding day. My family and friends still talk about the work he did with our engagement shots, the canvas photo and signing book was the center of talks with the guests.
