I offer one on one personal training sessions with an emphasis on kickboxing training. I know how boring training by yourself can be for some and kickboxing is a great way to have fun and burn calories. It even stimulates focus and coordination for you to be more creative and productive for work.
I also add muscle building techniques and HIIT in my training sessions.
I speak both french and english and I will make sure you hit your goals by tracking your progress weekly.
