I love being a member of Synergy! The coaches are all amazing, they’re knowledgeable, outgoing, understanding, patient and they’ll tell you to give it more when they know you can. I’ve used most of the professional services team, chiropractic, physiotherapy, nutrition and the team again have been first class. The thing I love the most is the friendly community and encouraging spirit that the members share with each other. I gotten to know more people at Synergy in the last 12 months than the handful of people I met over the previous 4 years at the other self workout gyms. In the Sask area for work and was looking for an adoptive Crossfit family I could work out with during my stay... Emailed them prior to arriving in Sask and already they replied back welcoming me in to join their team.
The people are just awesome !!! I had a great time, thank you for everything. I'll be back in 3 months :) Good luck on that upcoming comp in September

This was an ideal venue to host a weightlifting competition. There was a lot of warm up space and a large viewing area. The only thing that could have been better was the fact that they did not provide lacrosse balls we could borrow to stretch out, but a warning to those sitting still: IT IS FREEZING to watch, but a perfect temperature to lift!

I really enjoyed my drop-in experience at Synergy, while I was in town visiting family. The staff and membership were very welcoming and the facility is extremely impressive. The gym also went above and beyond while I was there, during my visit I was participating in an online qualifier and inquired if the was open gym available, even though there was none scheduled they were able to find time for me to come in and complete the workouts outside of group class. The staff as well as the members at this gym have gone above and beyond to make newcomers feel welcome & encouraged. It is very intimidating to walk into a new gym & Synergy & its ppl have made that so much easier. Well I finally have something to write: My 2 year anniversary is rapidly approaching and I can now say that I am in the best shape my my life. Synergy has allowed my body to do the things my mind has always wanted to do. I am stronger and have more power per pound than i have ever had. My daughter who is 3 1/2 loves coming to the gym and is learning the proper way to be healthy strong female and to me that might be the most rewarding thing about going to the gym, she has the ability to watch me work hard and others work hard - it totally rubs off on her and I love it!
