In the Fall of 2012 I sought Caron's help. I needed a safe space to meet my ex and tell him about the problems we had in our relationship.  I was also hoping Caron would help us both to heal mentally and could give us some advice.  Caron had so much wonderful advice to give. She taught me about the importance of self forgiveness and nurturing one's self. She helped me to become much more positive in life. I loved her nurturing therapeutic approach and felt she was very easy to talk to. I found when you seek therapy you have to want to get something out of it and have a desire to change. Years later and I am still feeling the positive effects of seeing Caron. I know Caron is not a Psychiatrist but I've been to a couple in the past and they didn't help me nearly as much as Caron. I would highly recommend Caron for not only relationship help but individual therapy. She made a hugely positive difference in my life. More...

Caron is an excellent counsellor and great listener. She's in Victoria now so I don't see her as much. I hope she does well with her new Victoria counselling business.
