I couldn't be more thrilled and happy with the quality of the cake that I ordered from D Liche. They did the most AMAZING custom anime-themed cake for my daughters. The level of detail was incredible and I can tell the time that went into studying the characters, their facial expressions, their clothing and so much more was truly NEXT level! I also ordered some custom anime-themed cookies and those were a huge hit as well. If you are looking for an amazing looking cake along with just so DELICIOUS...this is definitely the bakery for you. A hidden cupcake spot, has been sitting on my list for a while, finally checked out this place. Got two mini cupcakes, one is triple chocolate, the other is chocolate peanut butter. It’s really good, moist texture.

We have been going to D Liche since they started and the service and quality has always been amazing. We've had everything from birthday cakes, smash cakes, giant orders/deliveries of cupcakes for office meetings/parties and the service has always been impeccable, on time, and friendly. The staff are also super accommodating. What is more, over the years I have been more active in my questions about ingredients and it turns out D Liche uses only the finest. Beautiful and delicious cookie dough in waffle cones, friendly service, amazing custom cakes. My friend and I were eating the dough cones in the shade across the street, and no less than 7 people stopped to ask us where we got it! TRY IT!

There products are seriously underpriced, they could charge $15 a cupcake and I would still be back here twice a month. Thank you so much to Robert and everyone at D Liche for the amazing cupcakes I ordered for a baby shower! They were amazing and stunning. Everyone there loved how cute they were. I sent them pictures of what I wanted, they reproduced it with 100% accuracy, I was simply amazed. Robert was so helpful in the process of choosing what's right for the event, they could've have charged me 14$ for cake pops but instead, he made some other suggestions that fits with the theme and at a very affordable price. I discovered this place by accident during an afternoon strolling the Plateau. I walked in, devoured a generous scoop of espresso-flavoured cookie dough, along with a chocolate and peanut butter cupcake. I ate it in the shop's calm, clean, peaceful atmosphere and got great service from the staff. I haven't ordered a cake for them (yet!) so I can't give this place 5 stars. If I could have my way dessert would be the fifth food group. Seriously, no matter how full I am I will always make room for dessert. Needless to say D Liche is like heaven for someone who loves desserts as much as I do. This shop is located right on Saint Denis and while cupcakes are the main attraction here they do other desserts. I should add that they do them very well.The store is very cute and bright. You will see tons of cupcake accessories on display as well as tea fron My Little Cup of Tea (I might have this name wrong). You will also see plenty of sweets on display to tempt you. Now let's talk about the main attraction: the cupcakes or cupcake in my situation. I picked up an XL cupcake for a family gathering. The XL cupcake is a giant cupcake meant to serve multiple people. Mine was red velvet flavour with a cream cheese icing. The cupcake was dense, chocolatey and very fresh. It was well-complimented by the cream cheese icing which was very light and wildly delicious. It was a huge hit at my family dinner. I also got a slice of banana chocolate bread to eat at the store which was also very fresh and had more of that wonderful cream cheese icing.Some might find the price tag a little steep but I do find that it is justified. D Liche prefers to go for quality and that means they are going to be using better ingredients that cost a little more.
