Got my gutters estimated and installed in 3 days. I've send detailed email with house plans at Sunday evening, asking for an estimate and Ashleigh from North Shore Home Services, responded first thing Monday morning, with estimate.
Installers came at Wednesday and completed gutters installation in less than 2 hours.
Such a great, highly professional service, even on my short notice request.

It is hard to find reliable contractors to estimate and follow through on projects on time and budget. This is the second time I’ve used North shore for roof and gutter cleaning. They were able to book me in right away and had the service completed quick and right on time. Clayton was very professional and conscientious and left no trace that he had been there. He only left behind clean gutters and resealed corner joints. The process is very streamlined as I received a quote quickly and, booked and paid for the service directly through the office rather than dealing with billing on site. Your person came to clean our roofs, windows and some siding on the house. He decided to wash the main roof by hand rather than power wash the roof because of the pond beneath. He also cleaned the heavy debris first. He blew around the house before leaving. I gave the job 4 out of 5 because he was unable to clean under the snow guards very well. From start to finish this company did everything to ensure my experience was positive.
I phoned for an estimate and was not only supplied with the estimate but with an explanation of the material, warranty and workmanship they provided.
Followup phone calls to ensure I had enough information to make my decision. I ultimately chose North Shore because of the extra mile Ashleigh was willing to go to assist.
Ryan arrived on the day the work was scheduled and stayed until very late to get it completed. Ryan's workmanship is great. The gutters and siren pipes look good. He left the yard clean. This is huge because every other contractor I have had has left some kind of garbage - personal or Work related.

Without Cory the above rating would have been a 6 but it was his service and dedication to ensure we were fully satisfied with the final product and installation that brought the rating up. Cory, ensured the team jumped through the hoops in dealing with a out of town installation during a busy time of year. He and his team worked around a busy job site but more importantly, they showed up when they were scheduled to be there. I had an impossibly high, steep aluminum roof that had never been cleaned in 13 years because I couldn't do it myself nor could I find anyone on the Sunshine Coast to do it. So North Shore Home Services came over (by ferry) and did a fabulous job -- the roof is now pristine. Great company. We decided to bring on North Shore Home Services Ltd. to take care of our gutter cleaning, repairs and window washing for our 21 unit self-managed townhouse strata complex. I was impressed all the way through, starting with the outstanding customer service I received from Matheus at their main office, all the way through to the technicians that completed the work. The owner/general manager even made a point of coming down to our site to ensure our estimates were solid since we were having so much work done all at once. They all went beyond the call of duty for us. All of the technicians that were sent out were very skilled and knowledgeable had many years of experience under their belts.
