I’m give MSP Fitness and Nutrition at five star rating but my trainer is honest with me she fun and funny and I’ve been training with her 6-7 months, she makes my personal training challenge and fun, I can’t wait for the next training session

It is 75 to 80 important to health and wellness. The body is a machine that needs to be fueled properly.

I provide effective workouts that help clients reach their goals. I am supportive yet I push my clients to go beyond what they think they can do.

Hard work. Regular workouts. Taking breaks regularly but never giving up.

Services

I offer personal training out of my apartment gym, which has a wide range of equipment. I charge between $40 to $50 per session. I offer packages of 4 8 12 and 16 sessions. These sessions can be individual or group. I focus on weight loss running and strength training goals.

I provide online coaching and nutrition plans via weekly check ins.

I offer 10 and 12 week race programs. Each running programs cost $25. and you can receive within a 3 days after payment.

I offer healthy eating and weight loss coaching. We look at you eating habit and design ways to improve it without dieting or going Keto. One Nutrition session is $45 and includes a plan and a follow up.
