They created the perfect combination of modern (but still cozy), and moody (but still warm). I had purchased a condo and was looking for a design professionals to help with renovating of the condo as well as styling and help with layout and purchasing of furniture. I met with 2 design firms and was not impressed and convinced and then I met with Erin from Mello Design. Erin won me over in the first meeting. She listens, is so creative, has a lot of experience and so professional. I made up my mind to proceed with the Mello Design and it is the best thing I have done. Erin and her partner Clair are exceptional. They delivered and executed in every design, they are flexible and work closely with me to ensure that the final product met my vision. They were very transparent with excellent communication. They met all the timelines and if there were any issues, they not only gave me the information right away but they also provide alternatives and solutions. I renovated my place in three phases, living room/dining room, bathroom and kitchen. I was so comfortable and trust them so fully, I was on vacation for two of the renovations. They handle the contractors beautifully and I never had to worry about the quality of the work. Not only they engage very high quality contractors, they go over the work with them to make sure it meets their high quality expectation. Erin is excellent. Professional and with a killer aesthetic. She designed and sourced all of the pieces for our 3000 sq ft office space and really nailed it for us. As a result of her creative approach our space was featured in a major magazine. She always worked within our budget and was friendly, collaborative and provided added value as she custom created many of our art pieces.
