I have been working out with Live Well and Fit for 3 weeks and Lillian performs an outstanding job to help me improve my endurance and my diet. Lillian gives me clear instructions on which exercise that trains a specific part of my body. She carefully recommends where to look for equipments at the cheapest price so I could also work out from home. When I’m too tired and need to rest, Lillian shows a sincere concern about my state and also offers me some healthy snacks so I could feel better.
