Q&As

I have the wonderful opportunity of getting to know the many layers of different people and am always so inspired by their resilience and tenacity. I learn just as much from my patients as I hope they learn from me and feel so humbled and grateful to connect with them in such a deep, unique way. I've also always been a lover of all things related to health, so being able to do what I love for a living is an absolute gift.

I'm someone who is absolutely fascinated by the intersection between mental health and physical health—and more and more research is backing up that there is absolutely a connection here! Nonetheless, it is quite rare to find health professionals who are knowledgeable about both of these areas, so I felt like starting my own practice was a good way of allowing myself to bring all of these amazing findings directly to people so that I can help them as much as I can.

Above all, I have a passion and enthusiasm for what I do that influences my work in a profound way. When I'm not at the office, I'm looking at the newest research related to nutrition, attending psychotherapy conferences to enhance my skills, reading journal articles, and more. I also truly do practice what I preach. Outside of work, you'll find me at the gym, on my bike, doing crafts at home as a form of self-care, and also doing things like enjoying wine and cheese with friends, as I think balance and moderation is also so necessary.

Services

This time is all about you. In a 50 or 80 minute session, we'll explore strategies and tools to help you feel more like yourself.

None of us were given a roadmap on how to "do relationships." In a safe, inclusive space, you'll learn tips and tricks on how to improve communication, stop escalation, and more so that you feel more connected to your partner.

If it feels like there are a lot of elephants in the room in your family, you've come to the right place. I'll provide structure and guidance so that conversations do not escalate and so people feel heard and respected. In doing so, family members are better able to understand each other and become part of the solution to their presenting concerns rather than exacerbating them.

Whether you're struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, or binge eating, you're in the right place. Through obtaining an in-depth health history, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist will provide tailored recommendations and a sample three-day meal plan to ensure that your eating habits are helping you meet your goals. Additionally, you can explore the psychological and emotional connection that you have to food to help promote long-lasting changes in your everyday habits.
