Really love Chris's training style it's always different and always challenging and shows that she really does care by never giving into our constant complaints!

We encourage, motivate and communicate with our clients to ensure we are providing them the specific training required for them to meet their goals. We are constantly challenging ourselves to become more educated trainers, leaders, and coaches. We don't focus on one specific training method, instead we vary our training to include strength, cardio, flexibility, and agility. We make training fun and challenging. We cater our training to our clients needs, wants, restrictions and limitations. We work together with other healthcare professionals in order to help our clients progress at a pace that in safe.

We believe in the SMART principle. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. We encourage our clients to talk about their goals and we keep track of their progress, applaud them as they make improvements and give them a little poke when they slack off. The secret is that there is no secret. It takes discipline and hard work. You must make some sacrifices, on one end or the other. If your goal is to drop 10lbs, you may have to settle for one glass of wine instead of a bottle. You may have to get up 30min earlier on Sunday to get in some cardio before your kids' games. You may have to skip watching Netflix so you can get the rest you need.

I love hearing clients tell me that they went skiiing with their kids for the first time in years. I love hearing that they won their age group at a local race. I love hearing that they took their winter coat out of the closet and was able to zip it up without a struggle. Listening to their accomplishments motivates me to get my butt out of bed to get in some training! I love our Epic Adventures and taking people horseback riding for the first time, or Stand Up Paddleboarding, or Golf. People love that they get to do these things in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. I love when people leave my gym sweaty and tired and cursing my name. ;)

We always loved training in a gym and found the small group sessions the most motivational and fun. We love working out with other like minded athletes and hate watching people at a gym wasting their time and space doing nothing productive. The problem was that all the small group training sessions were so crazy expensive that we realized it really discouraged others from joining and exercising. We wanted to provide great training at reasonable prices, so parents didn't feel guilty spending money on their own health, or young adults didn't have to sacrifice a car payment in order to get some exercise.

We are the most experienced, educated, and motivating group of trainers you will find. We will provide clients with a variety of training to meet their needs. We have done everything from Bodybuilding Competitions and Strength Competitions, to Ultramarathons and Ironman Triathlons. We are parents, so we understand busy schedules. We are retired a retired police officer and firefighter, so we are trustworthy and we understand how hard it is to get in training when you work full time, shift work, and juggle a family and other activities. We have a great desire for people to have fun during their exercise, explore new activities and areas. We are reasonably priced and offer payment plans that won't break your budget.
