When we were looking for a company to do our bathroom renovation we were so skeptical and cautious because we never really engage with a 'real' contractor or company for such a big project (for us this was a major renovation) and we had heard about so many nightmare contractors/companies that take so long to complete a job, don't do a job right and charge WAY too much.

We reached out to several companies and found with Dimora Interiors, there was a genuine comfort and professionalism.

We had heard of renovations stretching over 3 weeks or completed half-way and then continued later down the road...we were put to ease from day one as we witnessed how hard Kian and his team worked...it was quite impressive actually.

Our bathroom was completed on time and with exceptional professionalism, technical know-how and advice/guidance from Kian and the team around him...and when we say team, YES, he is well surrounded with excellent painters, plumbers and electricians. The coordination, punctuality, diligence and again, technical savvy from his team were all again, very impressive.

With every company, leadership is key to success. Kian was so great at guiding everyone including us. He was on site most of the time and he was always available to field questions, help out on smaller things around the house and to provide sometimes, necessary advice/guidance.

In summation, Kian and Dimora Interiors is a company one can trust and can expect the highest of quality in performance.

Professionalism is the word to describe our experience with Dimora Interiors. We are pleased with the wok kitchen and bathrooms renovation and most of all; the master bathroom looks very modern and amazing after the full renovation. Kian is easy to work with and with his patience and flexibility; he managed to work around with our few last minute changes to our project. Dimora Interiors recently finished a renovation of our Master Ensuite. It exceeded my expectations by a long shot!! We love our bathroom! Dimora Interiors (Kian) was referred to us by Beatrice Lai a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Fontile who designed our beautiful Vanity. What I most appreciated about the end product is that it was so much better than the original plan. Kian thinks outside the box. He questioned the design and suggested some very good changes, like taking out to large columns and using a stand alone tub instead of the enclosed dated tub we had. We ended up with so much extra space which has allowed me to add touches that I would not have had room for before. Kian stuck to the budget, made himself available either by phone or to come over if needed whenever I had a concern or was in doubt. He came shopping with me to help me pick out our bathroom fixtures, sought out the best price for me, and helped me choose the lighting for the bathroom. We had heard unsettling stories from friends over the years about the horrors of kitchen renovations and approached our own decision to do this with more than a little trepidation. From start to finish, working with Kian proved to be a stress-free, happy experience which in the end yielded a magnificent kitchen of exceptional beauty. Kian was very easy to work with. The job I asked him to do was not a pleasant one. There were many surprises i.e. electrical wires had to be changed, the alarm system had to be dealt with, the opening for the water supply etc. At all times he remained calm and pleasant and dealt with it all with confidence and efficiently. The initial job of installing a heated bathroom floor was done very quickly and it was then that I asked him to do the extras that were very complicated. All in all I would give him 5 out of 5. I approached Kian and Dimora Interiors for a quote on some renovations and upgrades we want to have done in our townhouse. We have been here 10 years and really want to do a complete overhaul. With all the ideas and questions I had, Kian, was very professional. He even offered up some ideas beyond what I had in mind, that were fantastic! And he found ways to achieve what I wanted while staying under my budget. And to be honest, the whole time, he was very and patient. I must have been annoying with all my questions.....but you wouldn't know it, as he always made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, I was unable to move forward with the job when I wanted to due to some unexpected bills, but I full plan to follow through with Kian and hire Dimora for my upgrade project sooner rather than later!
