Jasmine is the best stager I've worked with and I've worked with 3 others in selling 3 properties previously to our current house. This is the 2nd time we tried to sell our current house and it was absolutely essential we sell it since we bought a new house. Jasmine was the key to us selling our house quickly and for full asking price. Our house looked high end and stylish while keeping the charm of our century home. It was truly appealing to all buyers. We received multiple offers and sold at full asking price. She has amazing taste and great natural abilities to pick beautiful accessories, art and furniture but also places them perfectly. Besides her gorgeous sense of style, she is incredibly professional and accommodating. I came across Jasmine when my usual staging company was busy and we needed to list quickly. She provided my clients with a price which came in almost $1000 cheaper than a competitive quote.
On staging day she spent most of the day moving, staging and even waiting for the electrician to come install a light. She loves her job and it shows. The end result was fantastic.

I contacted Decor8 after having some difficulty selling our home. Upon first entry, Jasmine knew exactly how to tackle the project and provided loads of useful ideas. Since we were on a tight budget, she cleverly reconfigured our existing furniture while bringing in some key pieces that made our home look better than ever!
