We had our wedding at the Oakville Conference Centre, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The original plan was to have the ceremony outside, but the weather prevented that from happening. Instead, they were able to transform my room into the most beautiful ceremony space. The food was absolutely incredible. People are still talking about the food weeks later. We want to especially thank Lisa Andrews for all her help, from answering all our questions in a timely manner to ensuring we got everything we wanted and needed, not just that but making sure it was perfect. From the moment we met till the day of the wedding her communication was always so timely, friendly and professional. She was AMAZING to work with and really helped ease any stress we may have had planning the wedding. We can’t thank her enough for everything!!Thank you for allowing us to come the day before to decorate, that helped us a lot, it really relieved some of the stress we had and allowed us to have a little break before the reception. Thank you for being the perfectionist that you are, if it wasn't for you this wedding wouldn't have been as organized and flow as smoothly as it did. The antipasto bar looked incredible! The food was delicious! The tacos and poutine were a hit. The staff were amazing and so accommodating with our needs!!! We also wanted to extend a thank you to one of the bartenders that was given a red envelop to give to us because they came late and didn't know where the card/money box was and didn't know what to do with it and gave it to the bartender. The bartender was so honest, he passed it along to the wedding party when he could've kept it for himself. For that, we want to thank him for his honesty. We can't thank you and the OCC team enough!! We had an entirely positive experience dealing with Lisa at Edge Hospitality. Our wedding was at LaSalle Banquet Centre on July 26th. We booked the venue in September of 2018 and Lisa was hands-on, professional and so lovely to work with throughout the entire process from booking to execution. We are thrilled with how our day rolled out and Lisa was there to make sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We are so grateful to Lisa for all that she did to make sure that our day was perfect. The staff, the food, the venue, everything was amazing. We highly recommend Edge and particularly LaSalle. Greatly enjoyed my wedding here. Venue is spacious and very well lit with a beautiful patio/gazebo, but it is a little plain so decor is needed. The staff are friendly but not all on the same page. Different staff members would tell us different information. We had the buffet service and the food was good overall, but I wish we could have tried it out in advance. More...

We cannot be happier at our May wedding at OCC!!! Arlene was our original coordinator and then we got a special addition of Kelly, and both of them were amazing! They were really quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated last minute changes right up until the day before the wedding. The venue was spotless, the service was flawless and the food & drinks were perfect. All of this happened with an incredibly reasonable price tag, and we feel like we got WAY MORE than what we paid for. Our guests all raved about the wedding. I can't begin to say how happy I am with the level of service we received from the Oakville Conferene and Banquet Centre for our Wedding on October 3, 2015. We were lucky enough to have the centre to ourselves being the only wedding booked on this windy day and I have to say we felt spoiled with the level of service we received. We continue to get compliments on the food, from the 'AMAZING' antipasto bar, to the 'melt in your mouth' steak, to the flavorful vegetarian stuffed peppers, and the creme brulee..... it was all amazing! The hall looked amazing as well even though we chose minimal upgrades for our decor, the hall and pre-room are beautiful without a lot of extras. All of the staff worked hard to make sure that not only we were happy, but all of our guests were as well. I am so happy we chose this hall and were really treated like family here. As my wife and I approach our 3rd year anniversary, as expected when we begin to reflect on our wedding day; what happened and what stands out. I can comfortably say without a doubt that we could have not been happier with the first class service we received at the Oakville Conference center. Arlene was extremely helpful and one thing I think is critical about the wedding industry she answered questions quickly and thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with how well this facility planned my event. From going to see the venue, to the planning process, to the day of my party, the sales staff and banquet staff were all so friendly and so attentive. My guests were extremely happy with the quality and quantity of the food- by the way it's delicious! Kudos to the kitchen staff! The servers were great and always smiling. We got married a week ago at the OCC with Zorka as our coordinator. She answered all of my questions/emails promptly and was able to ease all of the stresses that come along with planning a wedding.

On the day, the venue looked great and the food was AMAZING! It was also very convenient that the hotel was right next door (for those who like to party!!).
